Current Guidelines
At Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson, Inc, the health and safety of our girls, volunteers, and staff are our first priority. We will continue to revise our guidelines based on the best available information. Please also continue to follow current local, state, and CDC guidelines for your location.
Update October 3, 2022:
GSHH COVID-19 Guidelines* for the 2022-2023 Membership Year
- Wearing a mask is optional. Those who feel more comfortable wearing masks should continue to do so. GSHH remains a mask-friendly environment; please continue to be a sister to every Girl Scout and be respectful of others' personal decisions.
- Those who are immunocompromised, part of a compromised household, or in other high-risk categories should wear a mask.
- People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should not participate in Girl Scout activities until feeling better.
- Do not participate in activities if you are not feeling well.
- We will no longer require the collection of the Pre-Screening form for troop meetings and activities or the COVID-19 liability waiver.
- Girl Scout members should adhere to any mask requirements of any program partners and meeting locations.
- The health and safety of our membership remain our primary concern. Members should continue to follow the COVID-19 guidelines provided at the county and state levels, as well as those by the CDC.
