Nuts & Mags Fall Product Sale

“NUTS+MAGS” is a council-sponsored product sale program to family and friends of magazines, nuts, and candy. The 2026 season will run from September 21st to December 7th. The initial Girl Scout-delivered order period will run from 9/22-11/2. Online orders will continue from 11/3-12/07/26.

Girl Scouts can create their own avatars, set goals, and optimize their digital storefront before sending emails to friends and families to support their sale.

Again this year, customers can purchase nuts to be donated to the U.S. Military as part of the "Care to Share" program.

Important Dates toggle arrow

2026 Fall Product Program Dates:

September 21 - November 2 - Order taking period for in-person nut/candy orders, magazine orders, and online orders for girl-delivered nut/candy orders!

9/21/26: Program begins – online ordering opens and Girl Scouts may sell in person.

10/26/26: Last day of order taking with the order card and deadline to enter the items sold into the online system.

10/26-10/29/26: Troops may enter any order card orders during this period.

10/29: J/C/S/A opt out forms are due.

10/26-10/31/26: Service Unit Managers may enter any order card orders during this period. No order cards will be accepted after October 31st.

11/2/26: Any late order card orders for Girl Delivery should be placed in an online order by this date.

11/2/26: Last day for online girl delivery orders.

11/30 – 12/5/26: Nut and chocolate items will be delivered to Service Unit sites. Service Unit Fall Product Chairs will contact troops to pick up their orders. All orders should be picked up for distribution to customers ASAP.

12/1/26: ACH withdrawal

12/7/26: Last day for online shipped orders. Sale ends.

12/10/26: Last day to make rewards choices

Five Skills and Online Learning
Like the Cookie Program, the Nuts+Mags Program helps girls to develop five skills they'll use throughout their lives, including goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.

Girls also learn online business skills by setting up their own personalized online sales sites, promoting it to family and friends, and tracking their goals online.

Fechas del programa de productos de otoño de 2025:

Septiembre: Todas las Girl Scouts deben tener la oportunidad de participar en el Programa Nuts & Mags. Ayude a las niñas a establecer metas y planificar cómo utilizar los ingresos de las tropas. Organice una reunión de tropa con los padres para explicar, capacitar y distribuir materiales. Recuerde a los padres que el dinero se debe pagar cuando se toma un pedido. NO SE PUEDEN aceptar pedidos de nueces/dulces de papel después del 27 de octubre de 2024. Obtenga un formulario de permiso de los padres firmado por cada niña participante.

22 de septiembre - 26 de octubre: período de recepción de pedidos para pedidos de nueces/dulces en persona, pedidos de revistas y pedidos en línea para pedidos de nueces/dulces entregados por niñas.
26 de octubre: fecha límite para que los padres ingresen los artículos pedidos mediante tarjeta de pedido en el sistema M2.
27 de octubre - 30 de octubre: las tropas pueden ingresar cualquier artículo de la tarjeta de pedido que no hayan ingresado previamente las niñas o los padres. La fecha límite de inscripción es el 30 de octubre a las 12:00 horas.
29 de octubre - 31 de octubre: asegúrese de que todas las órdenes de tropas, grupos e individuales se ingresen en el sistema M2 antes de las 11:50 p. m. del 31 de octubre.

Is there a "crossover" patch for the cookie sale? toggle arrow

Yes, there is a “crossover” Avatar patch. To qualify for it a girl must create their avatar in the M2 system, send 18+ emails during the Fall Product Program, use the "Share my Site" function in the M2 system during the Fall Product Program, and sell 110+ packages of cookies during the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Program.

When will products arrive? toggle arrow

Products will be delivered to the service units between December 1 - December 7, 2026; troops pick up from service unit chair.

What is the "Care to Share" Program? toggle arrow

A customer can donate to Care to Share and treats will be distributed to the military.

Troops earn 13.5% for each Care to Share donation item, which counts toward the girls’ rewards.

Girls can earn a special “Care to Share” patch if they have 5 or more Care to Share donations.

Are there Kosher or gluten free products? toggle arrow

Trophy Nut has many products, all available for online shipping purchases. Kosher and gluten-free products are indicated on the paper order card and the online shopping portal.
