Q: What is the price of cookies for the 2025 Cookie Program?
A: For the 2025 cookie season, GSHH will move to $7.00 per package
Q: When does the Cookie Program begin for the 2025 season?
A: The Cookie Program will begin earlier in the coming 2025 Membership Year. GSHH will kick of the 2025 cookie season on January 20, 2025!
Q: What are the base proceeds for the 2025 Cookie Program?
A: Base proceeds for all participants will be $1.00 per package for the 2025 Cookie Program.
Q: Are there any other proceeds that can be earned for the 2025 Cookie Program?
A: Troops with a PGA of 135 during Initial Order AND sell $1200 in Fall Product earn an extra $0.10 per package. Troops with a Final Troop PGA of 175 earns an additional $0.10 per package.
Q: What will the new expiration be on Dough Si Dough?
A: Effective for MY25 – (2024 – 2025 membership year) Girl Scouts new to the program will have one-year to utilize their credits – Dough Si Dough credits expire September 30, 2026. Those currently in the program will be honored under the current three year timeframe.
Q: What are the new levels to earn Dough Si Dough?
A: Girls can earn Dough Si Dough at the following levels.
- 200 packages - $10
- 600 packages - $15
- 1,000 packages - $25
- 2,000 packages - $50
Rewards and recognitions will remain cumulative.
Q: Will the new Dough Si Dough changes apply to the Fall Product Sale in the start of the 2025 Membership Year?
A: The new Dough SI Dough changes will begin with the 2025 Cookie Program.
Q: Why did the 2025 Cookie Season begin to early?
A. Council makes a conscious effort to listen to all suggestions to improve on the next Cookie Season for our Volunteers. Council has received many requests during the 2024 Cookie Season to begin the 2025 Cookie Season earlier. Due to many surrounding Councils selling prior to GSHH we have taken the suggestions from our volunteers and girls to start our sale earlier to give the girls the most opportunity and not be the last Council Selling. Council will continue to make adjustments accordingly for the convenience of our Volunteers.

Q. Will eBudde notify us if a booth needs to be approved?
A. If you have someone listed as a SU Booth Approver, they would receive an email.
Q. Has the issue with printed material shipping been resolved?
A. Shipments are in the process of being delivered. Some may come in a few deliveries. If you find you need additional materials, please contact Council. Our contact information is in the SUCC Guide.
Q For the older girls that opt out of physical rewards - will they be opting out of dough si dough bucks also?
A. Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors that choose to – Opt Out of Rewards – earn an additional $0.10 per package and will receive the patches, but will not receive physical rewards or DSD.
Q. If Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors Opt Out of rewards, does that include the Membership at 550 boxes?
A. Yes, the Free Membership for the 2026 Membership year will still be available for Girls that Opt Out.
Q. If Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors decide to Opt Out, can they decide to opt back in?
A. Once the Opt Out is selected and the meet the criteria they will not have the option to Opt back into rewards. If a troop chose Opt Out last year that does not mean that they have to do the same for this upcoming Cookie Program.
Q. When SUs and Troops border each other, can the Service Unit in their area have the expectation that all troops be considerate and let the cookie chair of the SU know that they are considering a booth in their area and where the booth. This will let the cookie chair ensure that 2 booths are not happening in close proximity of each other.
A. Council has secured many additional booths this year and all location managers have been informed that it is our policy to only host one Troop in a location per scheduled time. We ask that all Girl Scouts be courteous and kind and connect with other Service Unit if you know you will hosting a booth in another SU area.
Q. Can a troop earn the .10 for I/O and another .10 for final PGA, so 1.40 per box?
A. The total that can be earned is $1.30- $1.00 Base proceeds, Sell $1,200 in FPS and have a I/O PGA of 135 an additional $.10, Troop with final PGA of 175 will earn an additional $.10, C/S/A that choose to Opt out will receive an additional $.10 which would total to $1.30 if all criteria is met.
Q. Where do we go for the role to be associated? What the link? (Selecting role of SUCC/TCC)
A. You should see this in your MY GS account and if for any reason you are having questions please reach out to MemberCare@girlscoutshh.org to assist with your registration and role selection.
Q. Do new troop leaders need to participate in the cookie webinar to be able to sell cookies?
A. We highly encourage all new troop leaders to join if they would like a preview of the Cookie Program but it is not mandatory. All resources will be posted on our website for reference.
Q. IO Troop and SU deadline dates, and Final reward deadlines on the powerpoint don’t match what’s in the SUCC Guide PDF
A. I/O Troop Order & Rewards due 2/11/2025, SU I/O & Rewards due 2/12/2025. Final Troop Rewards due 4/29/2025, SU Final Rewards due 4/30/2025.
Q. Will there be a cookie rally in the southern part of the council?
A. The Council Cookie Rally will be held on January 18th at Montgomery.
Q. Is it possible to share SUCC’s names and email addresses so that we can coordinate booths with each other?
A. Please reach out to your Product Sales Manager, contact information can be found in both the SUCC Guide and the TCC Guide, and they will work with you to connect with other SUCC.
Q. How many booths can we sign up for?
A. On 1/27/25, Troops can choose one Council Booth
On 1/29/25, Troops can choose two Council Booths
On 1/30/25, Troops can choose as many Council Booths they would like until the end of the season.
Troops can arrange and secure as many booths on their own that they would like.
Q. What is the earliest we can get cookies for booths?
A. February 27th.
Q. To clarify Social Media- post are allowed on personal pages and not mom's groups etc..?
A. Correct. Posts are not allowed on any garage sale or marketplace sites.
Q. Last year we did a booth the weekend that cookie sales started. Are they not doing early booths this year? It was my first time doing a booth last year, and this is my first year as SUCC, so I have a lot of new-person questions!
A. There will be no Pre-Season booths. Booths begin March 7, 2025
Q. Do you want COIs for all booths or only if the merchant requires one?
A. I would suggest to everyone that they check with their local municipality to familiarize yourself with any permit or insurance requirements that towns or villages have for booths in parks, on public sidewalks etc. GSHH recommends that a COI is obtained for all booths for the protection of everyone.
Q. When is pick up for cookie booths?
A. Council Cupboards will open 1/27/2025
Q. So when can we order cookies for our first booth?
A. Booth Cookie Orders can be placed upon the open date of eBudde on 1/20/2025.
