Training

Thank you for taking the time to help the girls in your troop become the leaders of tomorrow. We want that experience to be the best for both you and the girls, so we've developed a series of resources and training and learning opportunities to help support you in your troop leader role.
Core Leadership Training is required for all leaders. This training includes the New Leader's Guide To Success, and Volunteer Essentials Training. Additional details can be found on the New Leaders page under Step 4.
Other training may be required before you are able to complete
certain troop activities. For example, CPR/First Aid is required for
all overnights. Below is a list of sample activities and the training
required to conduct it with your troop. View additional options for First Aid/CPR
Certification
Take advantage of training and
enrichment throughout the year - Registration for all training can be
found under the Activities
Tab of the website.
Before you plan any
activity with the girls check the Safety Activity Checkpoints for any additional
precautions or certifications.
