Girls take on the role of Coco's Flight Crew, creating a "flight plan" for success in the next GS year with a SURPRISE GUEST GSHH's very own CEO Dr. Kari L. Rockwell. Each girl will design a paper "flight plan" vision board that includes:
- Destination: One goal for herself or her troop next year
- Fuel: What motivates her
- Flight Crew: Who helps her along the way
- Turbulence: One challenge she might face
- Navigation Tools: How she'll overcome it
Participants should gather their own supplies, like glue, scissors, foam board, magazines, newspapers, and photos before the session.
