2025 GSHH Updates on Montgomery Building

As discussed during the May 12th Town Hall Meeting, the GSHH Board of Directors and Delegate body voted to approve a motion to list the Montgomery building for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The listing is currently live and showings are taking place.
While we do not know when the building will be sold, we are planning ahead to make this transition as easy as possible for our members. With that being said, we will be closing the Montgomery Retail Shop on Friday, July 11, 2025. The Wappingers, New City, and New Rochelle shops will remain open.
To support GSHH members in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan counties, the Retail Team will host pop-up sales at the Montgomery building, with the first scheduled for Wednesday, August 13th from 12pm-6pm.
Additionally, members will be able to place orders via this form, and the orders will be placed in the Montgomery pick-up bin for collection each Friday beginning July 18th.
