Every year, Girl Scouts explore the natural wonders found across our country during the Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekends. Girl Scouts nationwide, along with their troops, friends, and family, will celebrate our shared love of the outdoors. This is a rain or shine event.
This is a special invitation for membership year 2027 registered Girl Scouts and their families! Join us for our 8th Annual Girl Scouts Love State Parks event!
There is a $10 per vehicle parking fee which you will pay at the park. You will need exact change or a credit card; an Empire Passport or Golden Park may be used. Additionally, 4th graders can use the Every Kid in a Park pass, see https://parks.ny.gov/get-involved/every-kid-outdoors.
Girl Scouts participating in Girl Scouts Love State Parks will receive GSLSP '26 fun patch. By attending the event and participating in the self-guided tours, Girl Scouts will also complete objectives for Girl Scouts Love the Outdoor Challenge. This patch is separate from the GSLSP's patch and is available for purchase.
Activities may include: self-guided tours, park stations, Girl Scout youth and volunteer stations, a scavenger hunt -- and much more!
This event is for all Girl Scouts and their families. Girl Scout adult-to-girl ratios apply. Troop Leaders or Caregivers must stay with their Girl Scouts for the duration of the program.
A confirmation email with information about parking, location of activities, and more will be sent to all registrants the week of the event.
