In this interactive presentation hosted by College Planning 101, Girl Scouts and their families will gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about the college journey. You'll learn the key differences between the SAT and ACT, how test scores can impact financial aid, what to look for when evaluating colleges, and what questions to ask on a campus tour. We'll also uncover how colleges assess applicants and break down the financial aid process-including how need is determined and what loan options are available.
Whether you're just starting your research or actively preparing to apply, this session offers practical tips and expert insights to support every step of the journey. Girls are encouraged to attend with a family member or their Troop Leader for the best experience. Seniors will earn a fun patch, and Ambassadors will complete the requirements for their College Knowledge Badge.
