Calling all bridging Girl Scouts!
Join us at the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic site as we celebrate and remember your Girl Scout past and look forward to the new adventures ahead. Through this event, Girl Scouts will earn the steps of the Bridging Award by looking back and ahead in their Girl Scouting journey. Girl Scouts will also have the opportunity to earn your Girl Scouts Love State Parks patch, participate in a fun group art project, make SWAPS, play yard games, and enjoy the National Park!
Afterward, Girl Scouts will participate in a council-wide bridging ceremony.
Participants are encouraged to bring SWAPS.
This is not a drop-off event. Parents and troop leaders are asked to chaperone their Girl Scouts for the day and carpooling is highly recommended.
Girl Scouts will receive a certificate and their Girl Scout Bridging Award.
