Offered only during the last three weeks of October, this program focuses on pedestrian safety that coincides with the excitement of trick-or-treating. Otto the Auto and Bob discuss how to make costumes more visible, safe walking skills, and Halloween smarts and etiquette. A special fun patch for all participating Girl Scouts and a snack provided. Girl Scout adult-to-girl ratios apply. Troop Leaders or Caregivers must stay with their Girl Scouts for the duration of the program.
