Join us for the Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson,Inc. 2025 Annual Volunteer Conference - the ultimate kickoff to your Girl Scouting year! This energizing and educational event brings together dedicated troop leaders and volunteers from across GSHH Council for a day of connection, learning, and empowerment. 

 

Designed to support both new and experienced volunteers, the conference offers a wide range of workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities that provide practical tools, fresh ideas, and renewed inspiration. Whether you're looking to enhance your leadership skills, explore new program ideas, or simply connect with fellow volunteers, this event sets the stage for a successful and impactful Girl Scout year. 

 

The day will consist of a continental breakfast, a plenary session, four breakout sessions, lunch, and closes with an inspirational rededication ceremony. We will also have giveaways and surprises throughout the day.

  When registering for the conference, the system will allow you to pick only one session per time slot.   If you have any dietary needs or accessibility needs, please make sure to fill out the optional fields on the registration form.
