Attention MAC Users - there is a conflict with the MAC programs and fillable PDF forms;  in order to submit any forms on the GSHH website,  you must print them and either mail or fax them to the appropriate party.  If you have any quesitons please email: website@girlscoutshh.org .

For your convenience, all of our forms can now be filled out online and saved to your pc using the latest Adobe Reader  - click the button below ito get the reader.   You will have the option of printing it or in some cases you can submit by email.
