Each time the NCS convenes, the Girl Scout delegation discusses and votes on a number of proposals. Above, you can see the proposals that are being brought forth to the Delegates for the 2023 NCS which will be discussed during the town hall meeting.

These proposals include, the possibility of a virtual NCS, how and when the number of council Delegates are determined, DEIRJ Language, Amendments to the GIrl Scout Promise and Law, and the Girl Scout Gold Award Scholarship Fund. Many of these proposals impact current Girl Scouts and should understand what is being proposed.
