Learn what Girl Scouts did through the ages. Dress up like a Girl Scout from any era you choose. For information or to make a reservation please email us.

Programs for troops:

Museum Program:
1 1/2  hours and can include:

*  a presentation by “Juliette Low”,
*  a museum tour,
*  uniform try-on, craft and songs
*   some of the requirements for the Girl
Scout Way badge

Programs are geared for all GS levels. Suggested donation of $3 per girl includes a GSHH Museum patch. The museum committee can also tailor a program to your group’s special interest.  


Resources for the
GSHH Community to Borrow

The museum makes available items that you can borrow and use at your service unit events and programs including:

Loan Boxes of historic items for display
DVD of the historic Girl Scout film “The Golden Eaglet”
Historic uniforms and replicas for displays, fashion shows and parades
Great program resources from the past that can be used today

Visiting the Museum:
Located at Camp Wendy in Wallkill, the museum is officially open for business on Tuesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with the late afternoon hours by appointment), throughout the year, weather permitting.
