Sculpture Workshop on the Hudson

Description: This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for the girls to explore their creativity as they create a sculpture of a head in clay. They will be given an introduction to basic clay sculpting techniques as well as discover what it's like to work in a professional artists studio. During the workshop they will also learn about other facets of creating sculpture, such as firing, casting, etc. This class will fulfill the requirements for the Artist's badge. No previous experience required.
