As we stop and reflect on our year, one of our most important pleasures is to say Thank You to each and every advisor, leader, co-leader, and assistant leader who is working, or who has ever worked, with girls. You are building girls of courage, confidence and character. The tangible results of your hard work and time commitment may not be seen for many, many years. As a matter of fact, you may not ever see the full impact you have had on girls. Please know that you are touching girls in a powerful way and our world and theirs will be better because of you.

Words cannot describe how much we value you and your steadfast dedication to girls. In these troubled economic times, words and actions are what we have to offer, so it is our most sincere hope that we can serve you as well as you serve our girls.
